Post call back server
Turnkey Callback Solution for PBX
The Callback system from ETV is a turnkey PBX add-on system for cutting back transnational GSM roaming charges and reducing company phone costs. It is ideal for corporate business, handling from 4 to 30 simultaneous calls per system.
Maintaining existing telephony infrastructure, this Call Back server integrates with the phone system as is, and boosts the PABX or IP-PBX with callback functionalities via multiple callback methods.

Available Callback Methods/Triggering:
DDI/DID trigger callback
CLI callback
SMS callback
Web-based (internet) callback
Call-Through

Pre-Defined DID/DDI Trigger Call-Back
Users call a pre-allocated corporate telephone number, often called a DDI (direct dial in) or DID (direct inward dial) number, and then receive a callback call on their registered callback number. Once receiving the callback call, users can make unlimited consecutive outbound calls by keying double pound key (#, #).
CLI Call-Back
The CLI Callback service (a.k.a. ANI callback) is used in countries where CLI (calling line identification or caller ID) is available through the PTT. Users dial the/a DDI number to trigger the callback to the registered user, and can then make unlimited consecutive outbound calls by keying double pound key (#, #).
SMS Call-Back
Users can also initiate a Callback by sending an SMS message to the designated number which includes the destination number. After receiving the callback call, users can make unlimited consecutive outbound calls by keying double pound key (#, #).
Web-based (internet) Call-Back
With this web-based visual Callback-Dialer, users dial the destination number and then receive a callback call on their registered callback number.
Call-Through
CallThrough is a corporate callback trigger which enables authorized corporate users outside the office to call a pre-allocated telephone (DDI) number for obtaining a secondary dial-tone from within the organization's PBX/PABX to make calls using the low VPN tariffs.
